Jill Harper and Guardsman Alpha Team, an emergency response unit for meta-human threats, respond to a problem at a P.E.G.A.S.U.S. research facility. Once there, they are faced with clones of the Squadron Supreme, superheroes from another dimension, in which something went wrong, making the clones flesh-eating zombies rather than heroes, and now these meta-zombies pose a serious danger to the entire human population if Jill and her team cannot stop them.
