A wildfire in Rocky Mountain National Park poses several problems for Chief Anna MacElreath and her Firestormers; not only does she have to work with a touchy career-oriented local fire chief, but a group of conservationists is determined to force her to save the area that is the habitat of the whooping crane--even if it means risking their own lives.
